Get ready for an unforgettable journey back in time! Here’s everything you need to know to make your visit to the Dinosaur Park a roaring success.
Dino Kingdom reserves the right to refuse admittance to the park or to remove a participant from the site should it deem it necessary to do so. This includes visitors who does not comply with the rules and advise of Dino Kingdom.
Rule 1 – Enjoy your visit.
Rule 2 – This is a smoke free trail.
Rule 3 – No crossing the barriers.
Rule 4 – No climbing on the dinosaurs.
Rule 5 – No touching the dinosaurs.
Rule 6 – No loud music.
Rule 7 – No alcohol allowed.
Rules 8 – We reserve the right to inspect bags and containers.
Rule 9 – All visitors are required to act responsible, courteously and respectful.
Rule 10 – Children under 10 must be accompanied by an paying adult in the Dino Walk area.
Rule 11 – You are welcome to take photographs but please limit this to your group.
Rule 12 – No birthday parties are allowed in the common area.
Rule 13 – Behave or get eaten.
- We are open Fridays from 15:00, and Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00.
- We are open on all public holidays 11:00 – 19:00
- We are open daily during public school holidays 11:00 – 19:00
- School group and private functions can be accommodated during weekdays with prior arrangement.
Refunds
All ticket sales are final and will not be refunded.
What if I need to change the dates?
If a pre-booking was made for the Dino Walk, you may
change the date no less than 24 hours before.
Please contact us via email to request a date change.
What if someone gets eaten?
There are no refunds issued if one of your friends
or family members gets eaten. Sorry for your loss.
What if I get scared?
No refunds will be given if you get scared. Everyone knows that dinosaurs are scary. It is one of the reason people come to see them.
Are there any added expenses?
– Your ticket allows you entry through the Dino Walk area. You can explore at your own pace and time.
– We have a common area that is accessible before and after your walk and this area is included in your entry ticket.
– There are various shops inside the common area. These include a gift shop, food and beverage shops.
Items sold at the shops are not included in your admission ticket.
– We have 5 designated areas to host your birthday party. These areas are available at an extra cost
and can only be used when booked in advance through Dino Kingdom.
– Exploration kits for children is available at an additional cost.

At Dino Kingdom we operate on a one price system.
This means you pay per person regardless of age or height.
Herd (group) discount will only be appliable for herds larger than 25 and will need to be pre-arranged. Please contact us for a quotation.

Indemnity
Dino Kingdom can be visited by people of all ages that has nerves of steel.
Let’s face it, some kids are much tougher than some adults. So if you scare easily or are not ready to meet some awesome prehistoric friends, then no, Dino Kingdom is not suitable for you. It is made for the brave and strong and not for the weak at heart or scary cats.
Dino Walk includes loud sounds and menacing dinosaurs that may scare some children and adults.
At Dino Kingdom you will find both animatronic(moving) and non-animatronic(non-moving) dinosaurs.
Yes please do. Dinosaurs are big and expensive to feed so we truly appreciate your sacrifice.
On a serious note – not pets allowed, only guide and registered assistance dogs are allowed to enter. Please bring the necessary paperwork with when visiting the park to avoid disappointment.
Dino Kingdom has a food and beverage shops in the common area. There is no food and drinks allowed on the Dino Trail.
You are more than welcome to use the dinosaurs to capture your personal memories. You will however need to purchase a Dino Walk ticket.
However, any image and/or video capture for commercial use require preauthorization from management.
Images not intended for private use may not be exhibited, published, sold or reproduced without prior agreement and will incur a cost.
There are restrictions in regards to accidently capturing a minor or otherwise unknown person in your pictures.
Please contact us before hand to arrange signing a waiver or arranging a time for exclusive use of the venue for a photoshoot.
We would love to see your pictures if you post to Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok or Instagram so please tag us in.
Dinosaurs do not like to be touched. You can easily loose a few fingers or even a hand when attempting to touch them.
You are however not the only living thing out there that can cause them harm. In this new era there are some nasty rodents that are trying to exterminate them once again and for this reason the dinosaurs have asked for our help in protecting them. We have placed very very strong poison in all the enclosures to help in the war against rodents. These poisons will cause serious harm to you if you get too close to the dinosaurs.
If you wish to host a private function during a weekday, outside of public holidays and school holidays, please contact us.
Private functions can be hosted during normal operating hours but you will have to share your Dino-Mite time with other explorers.
No alcohol is allowed on the premises. You will be asked to leave the park if caught with alcohol or if you are intoxicated There is good news though – right across the street are awesome establishments inside the Grove Mall were you can go and settle your nerves in case the dinosaurs has scared you too much.
In keeping with our theme, our path are made with natural products. Unfortunately it may be a rough ride but if you are up for it, you are more than welcome to visit.
The closest ablution facility with wheelchair access, is across the road inside the Grove Mall.
No, we think it is important to maintain the natural living conditions of the dinosaurs and as they are new to this era and we have concluded that our modern day fatty food will not be good for their bodies.
No, it is a smoke-free park. This includes the use of e-cigarettes which are also prohibited inside the park. There is a designated smoking area.
Yes, Dino Kingdom offers two Wi-Fi zones on the premises to help you stay connected during your visit. Feel free to ask a staff member for the access details.
Dino Kingdom makes use of the parking areas at the Grove Mall.
The park consist of three areas: The common area, The birthday party area and The Dino Walk.
Once you have paid your entrance ticket, you will receive an armband. This armband allows you re-entry until 18:00 on the day of purchase.
Guest should plan on spending at least 2 hours to see all of the dinosaurs and enjoy the common area.

Dino Kingdom, it’s personnel, management, and agents must stipulate that they do not accept any liability or responsibility whatsoever airings from negligence or any other cause whatsoever which is occurred during the use your visit to Dino Kingdom nor shall they be responsible for any loss, damage or injury of or to any property or any person arising from the booking of or participation at the park.
Dino Kingdom is not responsible for inclement weather.
There are no safety zones. If dinosaurs get loose, then run. If possible, bring someone who you don’t like with your group. A good strategy we’ve found is, prior to you running off, you knock down the person you don’t like. Doing so may give you the extra time that you need to escape.
