Birthday Parties

1. Party Numbers:

• The minimum number of party guests is 10, including 2 adults. The price is for 10 people; if you are less or one of your dinosaurs has wandered off, you will not be refunded for the lost dinosaur.


• The maximum number of guests allowed is 20, including the party child, siblings, and 2 adults.

2. Deposit and Payment:

• We require at least 1 week's notice for all party bookings.


• Full payment must be made 1 week prior to your birthday party to secure your timeslot. Please note that no exceptions will be made. If we have not received the full payment and deposit required 7 days in advance, you will not be allowed into the venue.


• When paying for a party booking, an additional refundable deposit of R500.00 is required. The deposit will be returned within 7 days if all rules and regulations are met. Your deposit will be forfeited if:




1. You do not vacate the party area after your timeslot has expired. (You can make use of the general common area if your party runs a bit longer).


2. If any damage to Dino Kingdom property was caused by you or your guests.


3. Unauthorized removal of any items in the party area belonging to Dino Kingdom.


4. Not placing rubbish in the allocated bins after your party.

3. RSVP Policy:

• Party numbers are to be confirmed 7 days before the party date.


• We require at least 14 days' notice to request a party date change.

4. Admission:

• Check in at the ticket office on arrival. Purchase your Dino Walk Tickets. The ticket is for a single entry into the Dino Walk area. Please note that your group will only be allowed to enter the Dino Walk area once. The general common area is accessible at all times during your birthday party.


• If your armbands are damaged or have been removed, your guest will not be allowed to enter the Dino Walk area. No replacement armbands will be given.

5. At The Party:

• No Alcohol


• No loud music


• No pets


• No smoking


• No open flames


• No disruptive or destructive behaviour


• The party area should be vacated within 10 minutes of the end of the party. You will forfeit your R500 deposit if your party runs over the booked party time.


• At the conclusion of the party, please leave the party area how you found it.


• All party areas are located in the same enclosed area. Please make sure your guests do not interfere with other parties around yours.

6. Supervising Adults:

• Dino Kingdom is not a drop-off party establishment, so children must be accompanied by adults at all times.

7. Responsibility for Behaviour:

• Dino Kingdom is not responsible for the supervision of children attending the party.


• If the party children's or attending adults’ behaviour becomes unacceptable, the party will be suspended.


• Dino Kingdom is not responsible for the care of any children and is not responsible for the collection of the children after the party.


• Party guests must vacate the party area at the end of the allocated time period and remain under the supervision of adults until they have all been collected.

8. Safety:

• We consider the safety of our guests of primary importance whilst attending a party. The use of party poppers, sparklers, any open flames, or any item that may cause a fire are not permitted during parties, and Dino Kingdom will not be liable for injuries as a result of the use of these items at a party or injury due to the negligent or bad behaviour of the party guests.


• The host of the birthday party will be held liable for any damage caused to Dino Kingdom by their guests.


• Please note that parents and guardians are solely responsible for the safety of party children and activities.
